Bristol grunge-rock/punk trio The Pleasure Dome made a solid impact this year with their searingly honest debut album EQUINOX, a collection led by forthright and frank songwriting, straight from the heart of front man Bobby Spenders. With poetic depth swirling around the lyrics, the album showcases an expansive and soulful musicality, whilst moving seamlessly from post-punk stylings into hypnotic psych soundscapes and more intimate, vulnerable moments.
